So there are certain flowers that bring me back to my childhood. Magnolia Grandiflora and gardenias are two of those flowers. Seeing as we live in Minnesota, I have to find new flowers to enjoy. One of which is a young tree that has finally given its first bloom. This is a more northern magnolia that was sold to me as Spring Beauty, but is clearly a different name in reality. However, its beautiful flower is worth the wait. I am so happy to share with you.
