One little tradition that seems to be quietly popular in Minneapolis is Minne. It is an art piece that floats in a different lake in Minneapolis each summer. Yes, it is a take on the Loch Ness Monster. I think it is a cute little thing where the residents can vote which lake Minne lives in each summer. This year it is at Powderhorn Park. Last year Minne was at Lake Nokomis. We thought we would share this cute tradition.
Bye For Now.
Great art. Thank You showing it.
i didn’t know about this tradition (just moved to minneapolis last year) but now i’m planning a trip to powderhorn — thanks for letting me know 🙂
