Many that have visited us in the past have been taken to Crosby Farm Park for a walk along the river. If you are one to take the Paddleford Riverboat tour, this park along with Pike Island are at the turning point of the riverboat ride. So it is no surprise that we enjoy this popular park.

Seeing as this was last fall and we were in a severe drought at the time, the vegetation was drier than normal. Ironically if you were to visit this summer it would be much more wet and even flooded as we’ve had a wet year thus far.

I would recommend visiting Crosby Farm Park as you can spend a short time like we did on this occasion or much longer as we have in the past. Take a picnic and enjoy. I would also recommend using the restroom/toilets at the parking lot/car park as they are the only toilets available in the park.
